On average, we work with at least 6–8 buyers at a time. Our team includes a full-time transaction coordinator and a full-time administrator. Since we work as a team, we can assist each other in the home search process because we are full-time agents. As a married team, we dedicate our time to our clients and each other to provide the highest level of service. We love our jobs!


We limit the number of buyers we work with at one time to a maximum of 10. However, we have incredible licensed showing partners who can help get you into a home if we’re unavailable—because in this market, speed matters and has for the past two years. That’s why we follow this strategy. During the summer, we’ve managed up to 10 listings at once. In general, agents can handle more listings than buyers, as working with buyers typically requires an additional 5–10 hours per client.


Possibly. While this situation does occur, it is rare. We will discuss it with both clients and follow their preferences. If one of the buyers feels uncomfortable, another agent on our team can step in to assist them. This approach has worked smoothly in the past, and we are happy to connect you with past clients who have experienced this scenario to help you feel more confident in your decision.


This depends on the market. In a buyer’s market, there are more homes available, and buyers typically view 5 to 15 homes on average. In a seller’s market, that number is usually closer to 5. Our goal is always to help buyers find the right home within 5 showings, regardless of the market conditions.


We have sold homes in the Corpus Christi area and in every suburban city surrounding it, from Kingsville to Rockport. We have been a part of real estate transactions since 2011 and have lived in the Coastal Bend for over 30 years. With our deep familiarity with the Coastal Bend and its neighboring cities, we can assist with buying or selling homes throughout the region.


No, we work throughout Corpus Christi and the surrounding areas. We can help you make a smart real estate decision and a sound investment in any part of town. If you haven't yet chosen a specific area, we often assist with that decision first.


No, we have experience with homes ranging from $100K to over $2,000,000—and everything in between. We are in this business to help people, regardless of the price range.


Most homes require an hour's notice, while some may require up to 24 hours. The more notice we can give, the better.
